IIM-CAT 2012 announcement

IIM announced registrations for CAT-Common Admission Test for Post Graduate Programmes in Management  (equivalent to MBA) and Fellow Programmes in Management (equivalent to P.hd) for various IIM campuses across India. The CAT Entrance Test is amongst the top exam for applying in MBA/PGP in management & allied course for IIMs. Even other Institutions and Universities also give admissions on the basis of CAT Score.  Interested candidates may apply.

Details are as follows!

Eligibility:

• Graduation in any discipline from any recognized University with Minimum of 50 percent marks.  
• 45 percent in case of SC/ST/DA/PWD category candidates.
• Final Year students awaiting results can also apply.

Reservations:
Reservations are as per the Government of India Rules.

Important Dates:

• Last date for sales CAT 2012 vouchers from the Axis bank branches and their associated outlets is 17^th September 2012.
• Last date for online registration for CAT 2012 is 19^th September 2012.
• Entrance Test dates: 11 October 2012 to 06 November 2012
• Declaration of Score card : 09 January 2013

Application/Exam fee

Application fee including CAT 2012 voucher is Rs 1200. (Rs 800 for SC/ST category candidates)

How to apply

• In order to apply for CAT 2012 a candidate must have to obtain CAT2012 voucher from Listed Axis Bank Branches and their associate outlets.
• After than s/he must have to log on to www.catiim.in to register online.

AIMA -MAT September 2012 announcement.

AIMA announced registrations for MAT-Management Aptitude Test for MBA & Allied Programmes for more than 170 B-School across India. The MAT Entrance Test is amongst the top exam for applying in MBA course.  Interested candidates may apply.

Graduation in any discipline. Final Year students can also apply.

Important Dates:

• Last date for sales of forms along with prospectus/CD is 13^th August 2012.
• Last date for online MAT registration is 13^th August 2012.
• Last date of Submission of Duly filled forms at AIMA, New Delhi, is 16^th August 2012.
• Last date of Submission of online registration print-out at AIMA, New Delhi, is 16^th August 2012.
• Entrance Test dates: Paper Based-02 September 2012 and Computer based from 08 September 2012 onwards. 

Application/Exam fee:
Application/Exam fee including information bulletin and CD is Rs 1200.
Mode of payment is By Cash, By DD, and By Credit/Debit card.
Payment vary according to mode of apply.

How to apply:
A candidate can apply through any one of the following modes

• Physically obtain Information bulleting/CD along with forms from any listed Banks Branches, Nodal Centres of AIMA or AIMA Offices at New Delhi
• Through DD of Rs 1200 in favour of “All India Management Association” payable at Delhi, from any listed Banks. For detailed information about listed banks and nodal centres, refer official website.
• Through Online registration at www.aima-ind.org/matsep12 by Credit/Debit card payment option.
